Server Rooms
With the ever increasing amount of technology
most companies now rely on a temperature and
humidity controlled server room to ensure the
continuous running of day to day business. We can
offer a free no obligation quotation to inspect your
existing air conditioning installation and can offer
our expert knowledge of the most cost effective
way of replacing your old air conditioning system in
your server room. A variety of units can be installed
subject to the area of installation required. We can
provide heat recovery air conditioning units, split air
conditioning units, wall mounted or floor standing air
conditioning systems, ducted or concealed systems.
Many companies can run into problems by
having only one environmental control unit
installed in their server room. Although this
initially saves money, we strongly recommend
having at least one back up unit installed. This
will ensure that your company can run smoothly
and efficiently in the event of any breakdown.
Stainless Steel air conditioning units
Stainless steel, ceiling suspended air
conditioning units can be professionally fitted
by our experienced engineers. These units
are ideal for the catering industry due to high
performance oil mist filters. They also have
relevant applications in sterile or hygienic
working environments such as laboratories.
Maintenance is made easy because the fan
casing can be separated into different sections
allowing easy cleaning. The drain pan can also
be cleaned easily on-site as the pipe connector
can be quickly removed.

Heating and Plumbing
We offer heating and plumbing services along
with a ‘Total Building Services Package’. From
basement boilers to bathroom design and
installation we are able to offer you a total
heating and plumbing solution. We specialise in
providing commercial heating systems using oil,
gas or air-source heat pumps. We also provide
ground source heat pumps combined with air
conditioning to provide a total solution for your
office or business. Airtech install and maintain
heat recovery systems for basements and
enclosed areas with non-opening windows.
Airtech will work closely with you to design
and plan your requirements providing you with
CAD drawings and full project management
from concept to completion. Our heating and
plumbing engineers are highly experienced
and are ‘Gas Safe’ registered. We are certified
to undertake pressure testing to ‘Gas Safe’
Regulations. We take health and safety very
seriously risk and method assessments are a
priority before any works are carried out. We can

Ventilation
Having over 40 years experience in the
ventilation and air conditioning industry, we

Heat pumps
We install heat pumps which are very efficient
because they use natural, residual energy from
the air or ground at any time of year to provide
heat for your home.
Air source heat pumps absorb heat from the
outside air. This heat can then be used to heat
radiators, under floor heating systems, or warm
air convectors and hot water in your home.
A ground source heat pump circulates a mixture
of water and antifreeze around a loop of pipe
buried in your garden. Heat from the ground is
absorbed into the fluid and then passes through
a heat exchanger to heat your home.
